Under no circumstances shall the-BillingProbe team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the-use, or the-inability to use, the-materials on this site, even if the-BillingProbe team or an authorized representative has been advised of the-possibility of such damages.
BillingProbe grants you a-revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our cloud-based billing and inventory management software strictly in accordance with the-terms of this Agreement. This license is for your business use to manage billing, POS, and inventory operations.
Your data security is our priority. BillingProbe employs industry-standard encryption to protect your business records, GST information, and customer data. While we strive for 100% security, users are encouraged to maintain their own backups of critical business information.
The Service is billed on a-subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a-recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). At the-end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the-exact same conditions unless you cancel it or BillingProbe cancels it.
Our website may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the-exact same way as if the-visitor has visited the-other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content.
