By accessing and using BillingProbe (the-"Service"), you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the-terms and conditions contained in the-Terms Of Use outlined below. These terms apply to the-entire website and any communication between you and BillingProbe. Under no circumstances shall the-BillingProbe team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the-use, or the-inability to use, the-materials on this site, even if the-BillingProbe team or an authorized representative has been advised of the-possibility of such damages.

1. Software License

BillingProbe grants you a-revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our cloud-based billing and inventory management software strictly in accordance with the-terms of this Agreement. This license is for your business use to manage billing, POS, and inventory operations.

  • You may use the-Service for your personal or commercial business projects.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the-confidentiality of your account and password.
  • BillingProbe reserves the-right to modify pricing and usage policies with prior notice to active subscribers.
2. Security & Data Privacy

Your data security is our priority. BillingProbe employs industry-standard encryption to protect your business records, GST information, and customer data. While we strive for 100% security, users are encouraged to maintain their own backups of critical business information.

3. Payment and Subscriptions

The Service is billed on a-subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a-recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). At the-end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the-exact same conditions unless you cancel it or BillingProbe cancels it.

4. Embedded Content

Our website may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the-exact same way as if the-visitor has visited the-other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the-right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a-revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the-revised terms.
